Dr. Craig Luetkemeyer will give free sports physicals on Tuesday, July 25, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Physicals will be on a first-come, first-served basis. All students MUST have the forms below completed upon arrival without a parent or on-site with a parent. A reminder that all student-athletes must have a physical every two years. If you are unsure, please contact Mrs. Sheila Heckemeyer.
