The first of several informational meetings will be held tonight, February 15, 2024, beginning at 5:30 in the cafeteria regarding the $0.99 tax levy increase. Additionally, there will be information available at the St. E Anglers fish fry tomorrow night, February 16.
The operating levy is asking district patrons to approve a $0.99 tax levy to construct a FEMA shelter that will also house a regulation-size gymnasium. District patrons will be able to ask Superintendent Doug Kempker specific questions about the levy at these two events.
Other meetings will be scheduled throughout the communities of both St. Elizabeth and St. Anthony before the April 2 election.
