The Hornets had a tough one against the Vienna Eagles. Both pitchers did a great job, but the Hornets prevailed in a bottom of the 7th, bases loaded walk, to win 1-0. Sectional game will be at St. E on Monday...more details to follow.
The Class 1 District 8 Baseball game will be streamed on MSHSAA.tv.

The championship game is set to be played tonight, in Stoutland. Game time is 5:00.

The Hornets defeat the Stoutland Tigers, 7-0, in the district semifinal game. They will play the winner of the Vienna-Calvary Lutheran game, tomorrow night. Way to go Hornets!
If you can't make it to the district baseball game in Versailles, you can stream it on MSHSAA.tv. Estimated start time is 6:30 pm.

We will be loading the buses promptly at 8:30. If you are a parent drop off, please have them here by 8:00.
Students need to come in their swimsuits with clothes or a coverup over it.
Students may want to wear tennis shoes for the park (might be muddy) and then pack flip flops or sandals. We will go to park first.
Pack a water bottle, towel, and life jacket (if needed). Please make sure items are labeled.
Students may bring goggles, hat, and sunglasses. Students will be responsible for their items.
School will provide 1 snack, but you are welcome to send additional snacks with your child.
Please don't send any money with your child.

When getting to the app, scroll down below your child or children's picture to the bottom of the screen. Online Registration Update is under shortcuts.

The Hornets will play district baseball tonight at Versailles HS. The game is set for 5:00. The game will not start early, but there's a good chance it will start later than 5.

Summer school families:
Please be sure to return The Centre guest registration forms with your child tomorrow! These forms are for our water field trip on Wednesday. Please be sure to also sign the back! This is also for our aides who are attending.
SCOP is hosting a blood drive this Thursday from 12:30-5 at the community center. Please consider giving blood. Visit redcrossblood.org to make an appointment.

Tomorrow is Movie Monday! Students may bring a pillow, blanket, drink with a lid, and a snack.
Tomorrow's lunch is chicken patty, broccoli, and peaches.
A couple reminders:
Parent drop off will be from 7:45-8:00 in the gym.
Dismissal is at 3:00 for buses riders. Pick ups will be after buses pull out.

*Track - State track will be held on Fri-Sat, at Jefferson City HS.
