*Quarterfinal Softball game will be at 3:00, Saturday, Oct. 25th. It will be played in St. E, with Blair Oaks as a backup. All tickets are digital.
*JH Basketball tourney game times have changed. Girls will play at 10:00, Boys at 11:15, Sat. Oct. 25th.
JH Lady Hornets have another great night in the JH Show Me Central Conference Tournament and defeat Vienna, 37-9!
They will play in the championship Saturday!

We filled our hallways and classrooms with pink today in honor of Breast Cancer Month! Thank you FBLA for hosting! Thank you Betty and Chloe for sharing facts this morning on the morning announcements as well and bringing awareness! 🎀 Mrs. Leurquin's closet for play items came in handy for a couple students. 🤣
Friendly reminder tomorrow is an early release at 12:09 and parent teacher conferences are from 1:00-7:00. After care closes at 3:00. There is no school on Friday!
JH Boys also had a great first round in the Show Me Central Conference Tournament. They defeated Jamestown 42-19!

Nothing is more heartwarming than seeing our 8th graders reading books they created to our preschoolers! We are already planning another collaboration for these two grades! Their books will be on display during conferences! Be sure to check them out! They are so good!📖 💛
Heard the word "twizzler" and had to see what was going on! Always love seeing our older students and younger students working together on a project!

The JH Basketball teams travel to Bunceton to compete in the SMCC Conference tournament. The Lady Hornets take on Tuscumbia Lady Lions at 5:00, the Hornets play the Jamestown Eagles at 6:15.

Student Community Outreach freshman boy members and Mrs. McDonnell helped at the Food Pantry at Helping Hands. Helping inside was Duncan McDonnell, Aiden Faulkner, Liam Gibson, Charlie Rowden, and Gavin Werdehausen. Also helping was Riley Holtmeyer who was outside loading cars!
We love that our students are learning how to give back to our community by volunteering!
We have more student groups signed up to help in months to come!
Preschool read Walter’s Wonderful Web and then we made our own webs out of play-dough. 🕷️
Keith Mueller with Three Rivers Electric Cooperative taught grades 3-5 about electric safety! We always enjoy when he comes to visit our school and students!
