It was an intense offensive and defensive game for the JH Lady Hornets with the score close from 2nd quarter on. We were down by one for the last couple minutes of 4th quarter and were to have the ball. In a reverse call by refs, it went back to Dixon who held it for the last few seconds of the game. The JH Lady Hornets fell to Dixon 31-30 and end up 4th in the tournament. It was a really good game for our Hornets, even with the loss.

Congratulations to the JH Boys basketball team for winning the Consolation Championship at the Richland tournament. They defeated the Cuba Wildcats, 36-25!

Shots just weren't going in after the first quarter. The JH Lady Hornets fall to Richland, 27-15. They will play for 3rd place on Saturday against Dixon at 11:15.

It took DOUBLE OT, but the Hornets prevailed. They beat the Crocker Lions, 33-28. They will play for the consolation championship on Friday, 7:45.
