**GAME DAY** Both teams play Varsity-only games tonight. California is cash gate and cash concession stand.

The Lady Hornets had a BIG 3rd inning against the Vienna Lady Eagles. Kinley Kemna hit a 3-run home run that helped the Lady Hornets plate 8 runs. They go on to defeat the SMCC opponent, 12-3! The JV Hornets use a 5-run 3rd inning, but couldn't hold the lead, they end in 5-5 tie

See You at the Pole is a student led event meant to provide prayer for the school, community, students, staff, and nation. Thank you to our seniors who led that for our students who chose to participate. We also appreciated the donated drinks and donuts.

Lady Rangers strike first, but the Lady Hornets use two 3-run innings to take the 7-3 win. The JV Lady Hornets won 11-3.

**SPORTS TODAY** Softball travels to Iberia for Varsity/JV games - 5:00 start JH Basketball hosts Richland - 1/2 B girls, 1/2 B boys, A girls, A boys - 5:00 start

Our JH Hornets put in a lot of hustle on offense and defense, but come up short against Iberia, 57-47.

It was an intense game and we struggled to keep up. JH Lady Hornets fall to Iberia, 60-17.

It was a quick paced game, and our JH "B" team couldn't get ahead of Iberia. They fall, 27-5.

Some crucial points in the end helped the JH "B" Lady Hornets pull ahead of Iberia to win, 13-10!

**SOORTS UPDATE** The rain wins this battle. The Baseball and Softball games at Vienna have been cancelled for tonight. Tha Softball game will be played Wed. night at Vienna, 5:00. The Baseball game will play at 12:15 and 2:30 on Sat with JV to follow the last game.

This week's grades 3-6 AR night will move to Tuesday, the 22nd instead of Wednesday, the 23rd. Pick up time is 4:15. Thank you!

Score was 47-47 in the final seconds of the game. Prairie Home got possession and made a shot. JH Hornets ran out of time to get a shot in. They lose to Prairie Home, 49-47.
