High School Scholar Bowl went to Eugene tonight for their first meet of the year. The “B” team placed first in their bracket and Sam Luetkemeyer got All Tournament Team. The “A” Team placed third in their bracket and Lane Hodge got All Tournament.

If you attended the Archery meeting you received an archery form. Please turn in those archery forms tomorrow if your child is interested in participating in Archery. This is for grades 4th-12th grade.

St. Elizabeth school district will be hosting Veterans Day on Friday, November 11. We would like to invite all veterans and active military members to attend breakfast and the assembly. Breakfast will be held in the cafeteria from 7:30-8:45. The Veterans Day Assembly will begin at 9am in the gym. The assembly is open for community members to attend.

Preschool took advantage of this beautiful day. They read ‘We are going on a Leaf Hunt’ in the outdoor classroom. Then the kids picked out leaves to do leaf rubbings.




We would like to thank, Tina Meier, with the Megan Meier Foundation for sharing her family story about her daughter Megan. Megan took her own life in 2006, after a cyber bullying hoax took place on MySpace. The Megan Meier Foundation is a global bullying and cyber bullying prevention foundation. Tina shared her life experiences with us and it is now her mission to prevent such tragedies. If you haven’t heard about the Megan Meier Foundation, please take the time and read about it. A special Thank You goes out to Helping Hands for funding this program for our students, staff and community. We are grateful for your support.




Deputy Wheeler with Miller County Sheriff’s Department has started teaching DARE to our 5th grade class. Deputy Wheeler visits once a week to discuss with students the important of resisting peer pressure and have drug and violence free lives. Thank you for spending time with our students to share this valuable information.
