The Lady Hornets softball team received the #2 seed in the Class 1 District 1 Tournament. The Lady Hornets will play on October 13 at 5pm at Richland. Their opponent will be the winner of the Van Buren and Tuscumbia game. Let's go Girls! 🥎💛🖤🐝

The 2023 Yearbooks are here and will be sent home today. 2023 graduate's yearbooks will be sent home with siblings or left in the office to be picked up.
No School on Monday, October 9. Students that attend ECC will meet at the school at 8am to go to Eldon. They will return by 11:45am and be released to go home.

Lady Hornets could not get the bats going, and a couple errors in the field was their demise. They lose to the Vienna Lady Eagles, 6-2.
The Hornets make short work of the Eagles from Vienna. Final score this evening was 11-1.
Addi Doerhoff leads off the bottom of the 4th with a double...Allie Williams triples, Addi scores...Reagan Wobbe beats out an infield hit, Allie scores...Ella Lucas reaches on an error...and that where the inning ends. The Lady Hornets get 2 back, and heading into the 5th, are only down 4-2.
The Lady Hornets bats are super silent tonight. The Lady Eagles' bats are hot! After 3 complete, the Lady Eagles lead 4-0.
