The Lady Pirates push one run across the dish in the top of the 2nd, but have been shutdown since. The Lady Hornets have plated 2 runs in each the 3rd and 4th inning and now lead, 5-1.
The Lady Pirates start the game with a double and a walk, but that's where their runners ended up. Addi Doerhoff reaches on an error, steals 2nd, and scores on Reagan Wobbe's triple. Lady Hornets lead 1-0 after one.

The lady hornets played in the first round of the California "Turf War" tournament tonight. They made easy work of the Eldon lady Mustangs by defeating them 16 to 8. Their next game will be at 11:00 tomorrow morning. They will play the winner of the Montrose and Boonville game.
Lady Hornets wins the conference match up with the Lady Pirates. Final score 48-4, good win girls!
