8th graders playing “The Colonies Never Have I Ever” in American History today. They were each given a colony to represent in the game.

Our students did an excellent job practicing our Emergency Drills yesterday. Students and staff practiced what to do incase we have a Tornado, Intruder, Fire or if we need to evacuate the school for other reasons. Thank you for listening to your teachers and following our emergency procedures.
The Lady Hornets scored a couple runs in a few different innings. But Allie Williams' triple in the top of the 7th scored 2 more for the Lady Hornets, pushing their total runs to 11. That was more than enough to easily win the game over the Lady Indians, 11-0.
Lady Hornets score 2 in the first. The Lady Indians threatened in the bottom of the 2nd, with bases loaded and no outs, but the Lady Hornets' defense kept them from plating a run. After 2 complete, the Lady Hornets lead, 2-0.

7th grade Physical Science worked today to produce a gas in order to test Charles’s and Boyle’s Gas laws. They tested their gases under different temperatures, pressures, and volumes.
