
The JV Lady Indians are playing some pretty tough defense. At the half they lead the JV Lady Hornets, 23-10.

Mr. Grinch stopped by the school this morning. He greeted the students coming off the bus and then took pictures with Cindy Lou Who and Max.





Hornet PEP Band would like to invite Alumni Band members to join them at home games to play along side of them. The home games for this Alumni event will be January 25 and February 2 (Homecoming). If you would like to join the Pep Band for those games, please contact Mrs. Burrows. We will send you a copy of the music for that night. 🎶🎼🎵


7th and 8th grade classes made sugar cookies with Heartland Library. They did a good job decorating them and the best part was getting to eat them!



1st grade has a lot going on in Santa's Workshop this morning!





JV Lady Hornets was able to get 2 quarters in this evening. They did a great job finishing the night out with a 16-10 win.







Lady Hornets come out and take the lead right after halftime. They keep the lead to get the win over the Lady Indians. Final score, Lady Hornets 47-34.







Varsity Lady Hornets take the floor first tonight vs the Russellville Lady Indians. It's been a back and forth first half. The Lady Indians hold a 3 point lead, 21-18 at halftime.

Student Council and NHS members spent the morning wrapping presents for the Hope for Christmas Charity. Hope for Christmas is an organization that adopts seniors in the Mid Missouri area during the Christmas season. Our students had such an amazing trip giving back.






Lady Hornets play at home tonight at 6pm. Varsity will play first, followed by 2 quarters of JV.

The Senior Class is hosting alumni basketball games on January 6 to raise money for their Senior trip. Gather some friends to form a team. The team cost is $80 for a maximum of 10 players. Register with Kristen Holtmeyer by December 15.


It was a packed house tonight for our annual Christmas program. Thank you to all that came out this evening. Shoutout to Mr. Breeding for a job well done!











Mrs. Holtmeyer's Leadership Class has partnered with the First Baptist Church/Helping Hands Clients. We will be accepting Winter Attire (hats, mittens, gloves, socks and scarves). You may bring your gentle used items or new items to the office or to a home ballgame this week. Thank you for your donation.


Elementary Christmas Concert and JH/HS Band Concert is this evening at 6pm in the gym.
☃️Band students will need to be at school at 5:30 to get instruments.
🎄Preschool students will meet in the Cafeteria at 5:45.
🎅🏻Kindergarten-5th will meet their teacher in the gym at 5:45.
